Dentists in Berlin: which clinics ChatGPT and Gemini name

Whether you hear about Zahnkultur Berlin depends on which assistant you ask. Gemini named it in 50 of 90 answers, and ChatGPT in 0 of 90. The name both models kept coming back to was KU64 Die Zahnspezialisten, named in 64 of 108 answers that came from the models' own memory, without a web search.

Once the models went online, the picture changed. KU64 Die Zahnspezialisten slipped to 21 of 72 answers, while Dental21 Kudamm climbed from 16 of 108 without search to 27 of 72 with it. Ask simply where to get quick help for a toothache, and the answers named none of the clinics on the list. And the answers never named diezahnarztpraxis Zehlendorf, The Urban Dentist or Zahnarztpraxis Dr. Roman Kogan at all.

A question that itself named a clinic is left out, since its answer would name that clinic by force. The clinics we tracked are the ones we chose to measure in Berlin and the clinics they compete with for the same patients.
