Dr. Georgiev Dent also surfaced only with a search, in 6 of 24 answers, and every one of those came from Gemini. Without a search, the simplest questions about implants or urgent help with a toothache drew none of the clinics listed here. One name that did turn up often had nothing to do with teeth: Google Maps, in 19 of 60 answers.
