Two Copenhagen clinics trade places depending on whether ChatGPT and Gemini search the web. Without search, Colosseum Tandlægerne Palægade was named in 21 of 36 answers; with it, in just 4 of 24. Dentalklinikken Nørrebro moved the other way, from 0 of 36 answers without search to 13 of 24 with it.
Godt Smil Tandlægerne København appeared in 32 of 60 answers, and ChatGPT and Gemini named it equally often, in 16 of 30 answers each. Asked plainly where to get urgent help with a toothache, the answers named no clinic on the list. Two of them, Amager Tandklinik and tandlægen.dk Islands Brygge, were not named in a single answer.

A question that itself named a clinic is left out, since its answer would name that clinic by force. The clinics we tracked are the ones we chose to measure in Copenhagen and the clinics they compete with for the same patients.
